I couldn’t find a way to upgrade cancel very difficult and hidden ### 1/5 — Unable to cancel *2025-04-23* I used the app for a month, decided it wasn’t for me. Attempted to cancel, the cancellation was very confusing. But I finally figured it out. When I sent the message to cancel, they ignored it and did not cancel. I am having to cancel my debit card to cancel the subscription. ### 1/5 — unable to cancel subscription *2025-01-27* the billing is not linked through apple subscription and so the only way to cancel is sending them a message they don’t answer. ### 3/5 — It don’t allow my email *2024-11-26* I think it’s because it English but it doesn’t allow it for some reason ### 2/5 — Can’t get into the app *2024-09-08* I follow him on instagram and love his videos, when I found out that he had an app I was so excited. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get into it on my phone or my iPad. It says with every email that it’s not recognized.
