I actually wanted to upgrade an annual membership and I kept looking for a way to do so. I couldn’t find a way to upgrade cancel very difficult and hidden

I used the app for a month, decided it wasn’t for me. Attempted to cancel, the cancellation was very confusing. But I finally figured it out. When I sent the message to cancel, they ignored it and did not cancel. I am having to cancel my debit card to cancel the subscription.

the billing is not linked through apple subscription and so the only way to cancel is sending them a message they don’t answer.

I follow him on instagram and love his videos, when I found out that he had an app I was so excited. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get into it on my phone or my iPad. It says with every email that it’s not recognized. Like the idea tho hope the bug gets fixed.

The videos are locked and won’t let me watch them. I like the idea of the app though
