They get their grubby hands on the money and could care less if we get our tickets. It’s pathetic. ### 1/5 — Extreme bugs *2025-11-01* The app is extremely buggy with each update something new goes wrong. Recent update now just flashes the tickets after trying to login to the accounts making it unusable. When trying to exchange tickets, there is no easy way to navigate between show dates without basically having to start over. The app is so frustrating, it really makes me rethink buying season tickets for the Broadway shows at the Orpheum. It was easier to make exchanges in the early 2000s, fr.
