To be fair, anything connecting to Ticketmaster is bad news . For the #1 ticketing site, it’s astounding that they can’t figure it out. Most common error message: Something went wrong... The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format ### 1/5 — Exchanging tickets *2024-05-09* I am so frustrated and am not able to get any help online or by phone. They get their grubby hands on the money and could care less if we get our tickets. Recent update now just flashes the tickets after trying to login to the accounts making it unusable. When trying to exchange tickets, there is no easy way to navigate between show dates without basically having to start over. The app is so frustrating, it really makes me rethink buying season tickets for the Broadway shows at the Orpheum. It was easier to make exchanges in the early 2000s, fr. Concerts/events are listed in chronological order, which seems reasonable.
