The app itself is neat, but why do I have to pay a $60 service fee on top of my rent? Its a bit crazy.

Works ok.  Biggest pronn no lemons that in newsfeed the messages aren’t in. Order by time.  You may have 2 months then two weeks then a year ago then yesterday etc.  please make all the posts in order so we don’t have to spend a half hour going up and down to find the latest post.  Rest of app is just okay.

PENDING AUTOPAYMENTS DONT SHOW IN ACCOUNT HISTORY.
The autopay feature recently got really bad. Maybe it’s actually our building’s administration, but regardless, there is still a huge problem. It has been taking over a week to reflect my autopayments and there is zero indication whatsoever that they have been submitted. The only indication that an autopay was run is that there is one queued for next month. There is no way for me to check in app whether a payment has been submitted through autopay. I can only see when they go through. I now get emails from our building’s every month demanding I pay rent and last month I got scared and ended up double charged. It is now march 8th and it hasn’t hit my account. Did getting double charged cancel the autopay for this month? Who knows. 
All the maintenance request and social media is nice, but I can just text people. The purpose of this app is to pay rent.

The app overall is pretty good. I love all the features it comes with. It’s been a while, but I’ve recently tried making some posts and have been unable to hit post. My phone is up-to-date and the app is up-to-date, but the post button in the top right appears where my battery life is and so I am unable to select it.

I have been having to use money orders for over a year now, Henri refuses to fix their system and allow me to pay through the portal after a misunderstanding. I’ve filed requests, called numbers, even have told the office… nothing. Horrible app. On top of being told “it’ll reset” by x amount of days then waiting beyond that just to find out that information was false.

The property I live in was sold and new owners switched from henri app to rentcafe. What a disappointment. We could chat amongst neighbors, post items sale, get a breakdown of every charge in our rent. None of that on rentcafe.

My apartment has used this terrible app for two years. Even the most basic features cause the app to freeze or restart. Not sure how this app has a 5 star rating.

The last week or so when I try to open the app it tells me my internet is unstable and won't open.
My internet is just fine Henri. You're the unstable one in this relationship!
Hopefully it gets sorted because this is how rent gets paid.

We’ve refreshed the marketplace with clearer listings and item details, smoother flows (including packages and delivery), and a clearer terms experience. Navigation and feeds are more reliable—especially when opening posts, moving between tabs, and using marketplace links from the news feed. Messages and comments behave better with the keyboard, and we’ve fixed several modal screens that weren’t working correctly.

We also fixed issues around maintenance, appointments, events and calendar, My Pets, biometric login, and electronic signing—plus general stability and crash fixes. Address forms now handle postal codes more sensibly for users in several countries.
