I bought the lifetime option and still doesn’t work on my watch

For the **first time after purchasing Lifetime**, please open the app on **both your iPhone and your Apple Watch at the same time** while using the same Apple ID. This allows the membership to sync with the watch. After the initial sync, everything should work normally.

If the watch is still locked, please use **Restore Purchases** in the iPhone app, then reopen the watch app.

This isn't an issue with the Lifetime purchase—it's just the initial membership sync between the iPhone and Apple Watch. If you still have any problems, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
