My favourite feature is that the app carries over values between scores until “cleared”. This helps efficiency when you need multiple scores for one patient. ### 5/5 — A must have for all hep/GI providers *2025-12-15, version 2.99* This app is phenomenal and has been updated regularly with the latest validated tools. Because most of the calculators use older versions of MELD and not current "MELD 3.0", all text fields that ask for a MELD input now require that the MELD be calculated (There is a button next to the field that says "Must Calculate")- you will not be able to directly input a known MELD into the field. This will prevent any error from a different MELD result than what the calculator uses. 2- New calculator, SAFE, Steatosis-associated fibrosis estimate has been added to the Fibrosis Scores ### 2.98.2 — 2023-11-06 Fixed deprecated method ### 2.98.1 — 2023-08-02 MELD 3.0 has been updated to current OPTN version. MELD 3.0 survival data for 30,60, and 90 days PELD has been removed until OPTN changes can be implemented.
