## What is HER?

HER-STEMisphere is a trusted community for women in STEM — students, early-career professionals, and leaders building the next chapter of their careers.

Her Future. Her Formula. A new blueprint for women in STEM.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• HERspace — Share advice, wins, and challenges. Post to the community, your connections, or your state group. Anonymous posting is available when you need a safer space.

• Mentorship — Connect with verified mentors across engineering, computer science, AI, healthcare, and more. Get support with career planning, resumes, interviews, and leadership.

• State communities — Find women near you and grow with local conversations.

• Growth Hub — Scholarships, STEM news, career guides, and learning tools curated for your path.

• HER-STEMisphere Live — Events, replays, podcasts, and videos from women leading in STEM.

• Connections & messaging — Build your network and talk 1:1 with members you connect with.

• AI career assistant — Get guidance as you plan your next move. Advice is informational; outcomes are not guaranteed.

A TRUSTED SPACE

HERStem verification (government ID) is optional to browse HERspace and STEM News, and required for core features — posting, liking, commenting, messaging, mentorship, and more — so the community stays a trusted space for women in STEM. Reporting, community safety, and in-app support are built in.
