## What is Hera?

Hera is the staff app for Clinic Software CRM. The diary, the rota, the day's takings and your team, on the phone in your pocket.

It is built for the people actually running the floor — front of house, practitioners and clinic managers in aesthetic clinics, medical spas, salons and barbers. Not a dashboard for head office. The screens you need between one client and the next.

THE DIARY
Today at a glance across every room, every practitioner and every location. Move an appointment with a drag. Rebook a client before they have left the chair. Fill a cancellation gap while you are still standing at reception.

CLIENT RECORDS
Treatment history, alerts, allergies, packages and course balances, one tap from the appointment. Walk into the room already knowing what they had last time and what they said about it.

STAFF ROTA
Who is working, where, and when. See the week, check cover before you approve a holiday request, and let the team see their own shifts without asking.

DAILY SALES
The day's takings by practitioner, by treatment and by location, updated as they happen. Check the number between clients rather than at eleven at night.

TEAM CHAT
Messages to the whole team or one person, tied to the clinic rather than to someone's personal phone. When a member of staff leaves, the conversation history stays with the business.

NOTIFICATIONS
New bookings, cancellations, tasks assigned to you and messages from the team. The things worth interrupting you for, and nothing else.
