## What is Hera Omnichannel?

HERA Omnichannel App is a companion tool for businesses using the heracx.ai platform.

This app allows authorized employees and partners to:
• Manage omnichannel customer conversations (chat, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Monitor real-time customer interactions and satisfaction (CX metrics)
• Collaborate with team members in resolving tickets or customer issues

Access is limited to users invited by client companies subscribed to HERA/HEMA services.
