I’ve been trying to log into this app for the better part of 4 hours to create my account but it had me stuck in a loading screen until it would fail and then send me back to the login screen. The support team was able to help me with the creation of the account but I still couldn’t log in via the app luckily there is a webpage of the app that I could log into on my computer, after doing that I reset my password on my computer because the password reset doesn’t send on the app, and then.
