## What is Herd?

Planning gets easier when people can answer honestly.

Herd lets hosts create an event, invite the group, and set the minimum turnout needed for the plan to happen. Guests reply privately and can add attendance conditions without putting anyone on the spot. Individual choices stay private until the event is confirmed; the group gets one clear result.
