I responded the same day with an email and stated why we were canceling our subscription and would normally have given you a 5 star review however I found out from the accountant that you charged our account anyway. ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-04-07, version 4.2* I’ve been using HerdBoss for several years. We have a small herd of dairy cows and share a few cows with our larger family dairy. Supper is fantastic for keeping track of shot records where cows are, and mating records. The only two things I wish I could do ( which maybe can but I just haven’t figured out how to yet) One is to be able to bulk add shots/medication when we do the herd. Rather than have to go through every sheep individually. The other is the option to see all lambing due dates over all the herds. Not just by each specific herd. ### 5/5 — Amazing IT Support *2025-06-18, version 3.33* I started out with the free version of this app, but my herd grew and so I upgraded. Worth every penny spent. This app does everything you would ever want of it from recording weights, FAMACHA scores, and tracking babies born from specific parents. I recently ran into a small glitch with the app, but once I contacted their IT department, they were super helpful, communicated with me in a timely manner, and fixed the problem as quickly as they could! The IT support on this app is Amazing! It great to carry your herd records in your pocket and be able to make notations about an animal on the spot. Don’t know how we survived before having this fantastic tool. All around great and I’ll be recommending it to everyone who will listen. Things I’d like to see: The ability to have more bulk edit options The ability to change what you see on the left hand main menu. The ability to hide or show tabs there The ability to see a total of all animals from all herds (not just totals of each herd while “in” that herd). But that’s just nit picking. Still absolutely love the app so far and some of these things may already be available I just haven’t figured it out yet. Lots of work to add 300+ goats, batch add would be nice. Not great for dogs, the information is just recycled from cows/goats/sheep and much of it doesn’t apply to dogs. The free version is nice but not even being able to add one picture per animal is a huge turnoff for me. I’m not interested in the paid subscription as the rest of the app is too clunky and basic. Will be looking elsewhere.
