This app has truly helped me through some of the darkest moments in my life. The affirmations are beautifully written and feel so meaningful, and the voiceover that delivers them has such an amazing, calming voice. It feels like real support when I need it most. I’ve tried many similar apps, but none have touched me the way this one has.
