## What is Here I Am?

Here I Am is a calm planning and wellbeing app designed for children aged 8 to 16 and the parents and carers who support them.

Whether your child needs help building routines, managing emotions, or finding confidence in daily life, Here I Am brings everything together in one gentle, pressure-free space. No scoring, no streaks, no overwhelm.

Emotional check-ins
Simple, pressure-free moments that help children notice and name how they are feeling throughout the day. Children choose how they feel, log what is on their mind, and build emotional awareness at their own pace. Parents can view a gentle summary of patterns over time without reading private entries.

Visual routines and focus bubbles
Morning, afternoon, and evening routines broken into calm, visual steps. Children select their focus for each part of the day, building structure and independence without rigid timers or pressure.

Daily practice
Short, age-appropriate questions on topics like emotions, relationships, and self-understanding. Each question includes a quick explanation to help children learn and reflect. Questions are tailored by age range and grow with the child over time.

Discover and pathways
An exploration space where children can find calming activities, guided courses, and curated content designed to build confidence and understanding.

Parent dashboard
A clear, respectful view of your child's wellbeing journey. The parent timeline shows emotional patterns and check-in summaries across the week. Securely store school letters, assessments, and important documents in one place. Browse a curated support hub covering communication strategies, understanding neurodiversity, and family self-care.

Community
A dedicated space for parents and carers to connect, share experiences, and support one another. A safe environment built around understanding rather than judgement.

Built for neurodivergent families
Designed with ADHD and autism-friendly principles: calm layouts, visual structure, reduced sensory overload, and predictable experiences that support emotional safety. No shame, no pressure, just understanding support for the whole family.
