## What is HereForIt?

Your GLP-1 week has a shape. Appetite, energy and side effects follow your injection cycle, and HereForIt is built around that rhythm, for people taking medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound.

MEET EMBER
Ember is an AI companion who knows what day of your shot cycle it is. Snap a photo of a meal and she logs it with protein and calories. Ask her the question you were about to search at 2 a.m. Each week she writes you a letter about your actual week, not a template. Ember uses your logged context; your conversations are not stored or used for training. AI output can be wrong and needs your review. Photo meal logging, recipe generation, pantry tools and provider summaries are subject to your plan and current allowance.

TRACK YOUR INJECTION WEEK
Record your medication, dose as prescribed, injection date and site, and see every day that follows placed on your cycle calendar. Site rotation makes sure no spot gets overused. Native-app shot reminders require notification permission. HereForIt records your regimen; it does not choose a dose or calculate compounded concentrations.

KEEP YOUR DAILY LOGS TOGETHER
Meals and protein, water in your preferred units, symptoms with severity and notes, weight and progress photos, with Apple Health sync for weight and activity. Lifetime weight charts show the whole journey, and the Muscle Score watches protein and strength so the weight you lose is the right kind. Bring a consistent record, or a provider summary, to conversations with your care team.

FREE TO START
The download is free. Core manual tracking has no subscription requirement. AI features have limited free allowances or require Pro, depending on the feature. Check the app for current limits.

PRO
Standard US App Store pricing is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Local prices, promotions, trial eligibility and platform offers can differ; the purchase screen shows the offer that applies to you. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your store subscription settings before renewal.

HereForIt is a lifestyle tracking and companion app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, prescribe, verify a regimen or recommend medication changes. Follow your prescription label and your prescriber.
