And then suddenly the labels aren’t showing up on the app it says they’ve been transferred over but there’s no picture and when you go to print it just says printing and doesn’t actually print anything until you force close it!! I looked to see if there was an update I tried re-downloading. If I can’t get this to work I have to return the printer!! I followed the instructions and it works great. I’ve been using it from my phone. Well finally after going to the website I found out it was actually this site. I’ve made a label already for a shipping package & it did great! The only thing is I’d make sure it’s lined up perfectly because my first label was a little cut off so I had to reprint.
