This app is trash 🤷🏽‍♀️ ### 3/5 — Doesn’t even open!! *2020-12-15* Once I waited a hour for the app to open!! All it did was a black screen with the hj sign. It’s so annoying please fix it!! I need it for school!!! The pictures you have look good it’s just I can’t get in :( **Developer response:** We are so sorry to hear you had problems. We just pushed out a new release (3.1.4). This app doesn’t work without a class code, even if you don’t want to choose your school mascot. There are no work-arounds to this, making it impossible to use this app if a situation like this happens. I can’t quite talk about how the app functions, but if you aren’t even able to access the app, that is a glaring flaw in of itself. This app is still being promoted on HF’s official 2019 selection catalog, so I have to assume it’s still active. In that case, I’d suggest an option to preview a standard ring, but with a placeholder for the mascot until the user fills in their school name.
