There are a variety of different items of interest for which I have tagged and put on my watchlist. I have not been notified inappropriate time to bid on these. Furthermore, when I do bid my bids have not been active. This is very disappointing. I'm very unhappy with this platform. It is not efficient. It is highly suspect. Their search capability and menus differ dramatically when accessing the app And change frequently. There is no private offerings option on the app and limited to desktop searches. When trying to to make offers to owners, it is difficult if not impossible to track your progress or previous offers resulting in me making multiple repeat offers to same seller. I would expect more from this auction house ### 2/5 — Unintuitive & difficult navigation. Is this 1995? *2026-08-23, version 2.22.0* Overly cluttered and hard to find desired auction with klugey search engine. Results difficult to navigate. IMHO most difficult of all large auction sites. Tried adding by normal search and add multiple coins, won’t work. Tried the SN method, didn’t work. Of course it was by phone also. They will only show themselves vertically. It’s annoying. I don’t know why it does it. I don’t get as good picture and perspective. Those other sites have said all clear your cache that didn’t do any good So now you know ### 2/5 — Unpredictable *2025-10-21, version 2.17.0* Sometimes the app works well other times it won’t let me login. The app said that my password was incorrect, even though it was in my saved Passwords. I proceeded to say that I forgot my password so it was supposed to send a link To my email. I tried this twice and it still did not send a link to my email. After I finally got all this resolved I tried to login a different day during an auction and it said there’s too many attempts and locked my account. They pick and choose what they want to work with instead of auctioning what ever comes their way. If it doesn’t sell , then it doesn’t sell. On top of that, YOU PAY them to Auction your stuff off and then the buyer has to pay ALSO. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE and go to another auction house ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-01-14, version 2.19.0* Your Website is terrible . Its confusing , doesn’t give directions, hard to find specific auctions. Troublesome to get your card authenticated. They also take a 25% fee which gets very pricey and I’ve never seen anywhere else. The app is constantly frozen after browsing a few items when scrolling down, and it said technical difficulty in a pop up message and logged me out. Tried logging in right after and it won’t let me. Happy Hinting! ### 5/5 — The analysis bring me joy to learn how others have come to analyze coins. mine are graded not sealed *2026-03-22, version 2.20.0* I have several rare that numismatics look over the differences; when there’s ten differences from the other coins it means there’s something different about it. I can count seven different alterations on my 1921 Morgan dollar easily. The wings on the reverse should reach to the walls they don’t, the edge of the coin should be highest part of the coin all the way around, the top half is indented that’s an imperfect strike and why Zerbe didn’t make anymore special editions because the liberty’s became ready. My ancestor chatted with him all the time and Zerbe gave him error coins because back then he’d get fired for making coins not up to par and my ancestor paid him for the cost to make them right. That’s how things worked back then. I have a Franklin half dollar where they used the wrong die and the whole thing turned black and I have 1889 coins without any oxidization kept in the same case. ### 5/5 — First Auction *2026-02-18, version 2.19.0* Very easy process from start to finish .. made a few bids and won one.. paid and will be on the way ..
