I hate this app. I have several banking app’s and the Heritage app is by far the worst one. It’s extremely slow, gives error messages a ton and glitches like no other.

The system they have on this app is it nearly what the other one was. It was nice to schedule my payments a couple weeks in advance then if they sent them by check or ACH they were taken directly out of my account. I guess the people that have taken over this bank just don’t give a crap about their customers anymore

This app appears to be nice, but I first noticed that it doesn’t give you the option to note individual transactions & I found that to be very helpful on the old app.

I have downloaded and redownloaded this app. Over the last few months it seems both my husband and I have issues where we can’t even get into it. Especially right when I need to check on monies in an account, then I’m not able to get into it. Christmas was crazy no one on staff to reset my mobile app, so I could get back into it again, so had No Clue how much I had in my accounts to buy or not buy!!!!!! They need to have an after hours staff person to take care of issues!!! I also use my thumb print sign in and for some reason the app is changed and then my thumb print won’t work again. So have to keep removing app and reading it monthly!!! This is crazy!!! We have banked with you all a long time m, hate to change but this is ridiculous!!!

To be useful to me, the app needs a recurring transfer feature to assist me in saving and managing money between accounts. It also needs bill pay feature.

I enjoy using this application. There are one or two more bugs that need to be addressed. I am thankful for the bug fixes that have already been done.

I have this issue App won't never accept my phone checks deposits always gets denied , ! Do I have the wrong App , is it just me .,.!?!? 
   Been with bank for around 4 years hate to change bank but gonna have to ...! Thanks
