I don’t use facial recognition therefore using your app requires me to type in my password every time. With longer complex passwords it is a bit difficult. It could do 2 step authentication if needed. A PIN then send a code to my phone. I use my iPad to sign into the Heritage on line app. I print my monthly reports every month. For the last few months the air print function does not work. My phone is up to date, so is the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have also tried logging in and out. Nothing has fixed it.
