Nowhere during the download, installation, or first launch does it clearly state that you’ll have to pay to continue using the app after the free trial. I installed it for a family member, and everything worked fine at first. A few days later, an unexpected payment prompt popped up and you cannot use it any more. If payment is required, be upfront about it before people invest their time setting it up.
