## What is Hero App?

Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalisation ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location. 

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

I’m stuck after buying a Hero bike; their service center is the absolute worst—they say one thing but do another. They listed a whole lot of work for my bike, but hardly any of it actually got done. I dropped the bike off at 9 AM; when I called at 4 PM, they claimed it was ready, but when I got there, they hadn't even touched it—they only started working after I arrived. To make matters worse, half the jobs weren't even completed. Even the showroom doesn't stock Hero parts. The specific repair I went in for didn't happen, but they did all the other stuff that yields them a fat commission. It’s the worst place; you're better off getting your bike fixed at a local garage, but never—ever—go to the showroom.

Getting annoyed every time I have to open the app it request Bluetooth to be on. Not sure why this app required Bluetooth.

And offers and ads - if I click ads or offers or new bike immediately I get a call from hero.

### 1/5 — Basic OTP functionality is not working

I want to update my mobile number for my vehicle to connect to hero scooter. Apparently dealer registered with wrong number. When I’m trying on app it simply don’t send any verification OTP. How do I proceed? Also no way to paste chassis and engine number, have to type the whole thing really? For mobile number as well it shows in keyboard as suggestion but input field doesn’t take it as a value. Are you even serious about the app. It’s 2026, at least fix the basic UX issues.

Vehicle performance is good after 6 months..
But some improvements required related to Map, as of now it is linked with Maple app and it has very limited updates or less info when comparing with the Google map.. and also there is frequent variation in the display shown for mileage related and after fuel fill
Up range to be travelled.. not so satisfactory.

The map available in app is not good . We cant search most of the places . Integration with google maps can make the app really good because the navigation feature is very useful

Hello Sir, my name is Rahul. Today, I got my Xpulse bike checked at Hero Jyoti Motors because of a noise coming from the chain. Your mechanic told me that the chain sprocket needed to be replaced, so I followed his advice and had a new one installed. However, even after changing it, the noise is still there. 
When I brought this up, the mechanic behaved rudely and claimed that even new bikes make that sound. Upon further inquiry, the staff informed me that the person I was dealing with had already left on leave. Furthermore, when I got the manager’s number from the staff, he did not pick up my calls. Despite all this, I am being told to come back another day because the specific staff member is away. I am very disappointed with this service.”

Today I purchase the hero xpulse 4v pro the executive in the store explain everything about the app by Connecting the bike from his phone but tell me what is the use of the aap if I’m not able to use it. I’m using 14 fully update and still I’m unable to connect my bike by Bluetooth after reinstalling the app restarting the phone doing every possible thing still when every I try to connect my bike it is not working at all, what should I do now what is the use of this app.

As i’m the customer of hero, i have  hero maestro edge and hero splendor. I’m facing the issue in service booking and few months ago i have sent a friend for service he mistakenly give his number but after that when i update my number through app(multiple times 8-10) till now it’s not updated and also one time from agency but got no result.
worst app.
I think the purpose of this app is only attract new buyers to showing them their new models.

While using the app, the experience is satisfactory but it doesn’t operate for more than 2 instances of launch activity. For third time launch of the app, I have to uninstall and reinstall again and the cycle repeats i.e. I can use a maximum of 2 times, later it becomes complete blank white screen. This needs to be fixed on priority basis as it is a recurring issue and quite frustrating.

The navigation in this app is very poor as it uses Maples, which is not updated in many locations. Google Maps would be much more useful and convenient for users, as most people rely on it for accurate navigation. Kindly update the app to use Google Maps for a better experience.
