Have used it for years and has been great now all of a sudden I get a notification and click on it and I’m logged out again. Also recently the app doesn’t load and leaves you on a white screen. ### 2/5 — CLUNKY!!! *2026-08-02, version 1.10.0* This app is terrible ### 2/5 — Horrible login experience *2026-05-27, version 1.10.0* - every school information is a notification, not a content easily retrievable. Let us at least pin/favorite notifications - The App signs out automatically with no reason. and password reset is a nightmare, apparently not supporting the password manager strong suggestions. ### 1/5 — School bookings does not work *2026-02-08, version 1.9.2* Cannot click on the times for school bookings. This happens every time. Have to call school to manually book in. The notification flag sticks around for days and doesn’t clear even when you’ve read everything. The reporting for academics isn’t clear and concise. Items drop off the feed and the search doesn’t always work. ### 1/5 — stop removing starras text bruh *2025-10-30, version 1.9.2* my friends were using hero and then their ipads turned off while they was writing a post, when they turned their ipads back on… boom, all their writing got deleted. ### 2/5 — Glitchy as *2025-09-17, version 1.8.1* Really unreliable. Get a notification, click it and can never find it again. Leaves a number up on the Home Screen app as if you haven’t seen all of your feed despite you have. Have to uninstall and reinstall regularly to ensure you don’t miss things. Quite a painful app!! ### 2/5 — Meh *2025-09-15, version 1.8.1* Please school change back to use email. This makes my life harder. Got headache using this app. Hard to search notifcations. The teacher sent pdf that I couldnt download or print. Keeps crashing when I’m using phone data and no WiFi. Now when I post a reply to a message it posts it….then when I check the next day my message is gone. The thumbs up option on the emoji isn’t clickable any more because it has been centred. So frustrating to see this kind of platform as a parent of year 1 children. At least once a week it freezes and logs me out, then it won’t accept my password . Today I can’t even delete it or restore it . It often doesn’t show the notifications and if it does then it doesn’t clear them. Do better - this is a major communication hub for many families & schools. ### 1/5 — Stupid app *2026-06-29, version 1.10.0* This is the dumbest app I’ve ever used, have never been able to sign in to check my sons progress or reports at school, tried resetting password multiple times school even made a new log in for me and just has a loading symbol I have to delete the app and re download it to attempt to log in but never lets me. Have tried to sign in by various options - email and Google, on various devices and every time it’s the same. The biggest annoyances are (1) inability to remove schools my kids are no longer at, and (2) if an announcement is sent to a class and then removed by the teacher before I can read it the badge notification on the app icon continues to display a count, even though there are no unread announcements inside the app. ### 3/5 — Cannot login with Google account *2026-07-01, version 1.10.0* I try and login with my Google account. My Google account has passkeys authentication enabled. Every time I try it says “Something went wrong” and I’m unable to login. It works fine with other apps.
