And cant change it back. ### 1/5 — Local Hero restaurant not listed? *2022-11-14* I spent 5 minutes awkwardly registering and entering my details only for the app to tell me my nearest location was closed. It's not. Then found it's not even listed in the app. 👎 ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2022-01-17* Doesn’t let amex card go through, doesn’t allow for saved passwords to auto fill. C’mon this is lame in this day and age🥴 ### 1/5 — No obvious way to redeem loyalty points *2021-08-31* Have points I have collected from ordering through the app. You are supposed to be able to redeem them on checkout, but there is nothing at checkout to let you redeem the points. ### 1/5 — Terrible Experience *2021-08-01* I used this app to make an order, only to get to the store and hear that they cancelled the order because the drink I ordered wasn’t available. There was nothing notifying me that the order was cancelled, and the employees at the store said they couldn't refund my money, or direct me to who to call. I’ve tried calling the number attached to my receipt and they were telling me to call some other company… but couldn’t tell me the name of the other company they were telling me to call. Anyway, it’s been a week and I still haven’t had my money returned to my account and no one from the store or the app have been all that helpful. ### 1/5 — Broken App *2021-05-26* Won’t let you select a store to order from. App breaks 30 seconds in, smh ### 1/5 — Wow it’s bad *2021-03-27* First run it tells me to reinstall. Second run it crashes. Third run it’s forgotten my login info. Forth run it says the closest restaurant is in the states. Combos all say certain toppings are included like cheese and guacamole but then indicates you must pay extra. Waste of time and space!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Takes your money without filling the order!!! *2021-01-19* Twice I have used this app and both times the restaurant did not receive the order. The employee still filled my order after I showed her the receipt that was sent to me. The second time around the restaurant didn’t receive the order, but this time they wouldn’t fill the order even though they were shown the receipt. The restaurant told me that the app doesn’t work and that this happens at least once or twice everyday. Why does Hero Certified Burger allow this app to be available to the public if it doesn’t work? ### 1/5 — Useless app *2020-12-30* The app fails to show the closest hero burger in your area when I want to order for pickup . But when I went to the restaurant for the pick up, they said the order said 6pm for pick up.
