This is Hero Connect. A smart mobility solution that lets you stay connected to your Hero, all the time. Now everything you need to know about your vehicle is on your fingertips. The Hero Connect App works with a securely embedded device which is fitted inside your vehicle. The great things Hero Connect is capable of: Live Tracking Whether it’s a friend driving your vehicle or a dear family member, through the Hero Connect app you can track the vehicle in real time. You can trace their exact live location and even know the time it'll take for them to reach their destination. It also helps you figure an accurate driving path during the trip and tells you about the current driving speed. Driving Score The Driving Score feature gives you a score based on how smoothly you drive at the end of each trip. This score is calculated using several driving behaviour parameters such as over speeding, hard braking, sudden acceleration, and engine idling which are monitored by a securely embedded device fitted inside the vehicle. Trip Logging The Hero Connect app logs all trip data: distance covered, the time taken and the routes taken. If you frequently make a particular trip, this data can help you plan your drive better. Lets your family breathe easy The Hero Connect app also brings your friends or family on-board. They can now rest assured about your safety, all the time. All you need to do is share access through the app. Then, add other accounts so that other users can also view all the information collected by your Hero Connect App. This shared access with your friends and family helps you stay safe when you drive alone at night as the app accurately traces the route and your whereabouts. Alerts on the Hero Connect app The Hero Connect app gives you a wide range of alerts to keep you updated about your vehicle: Geo Fence alert – Sends an App Notification whenever your vehicle leaves or arrives at predefined places of interest. Speed Alert – Sends an App Notification every time the vehicle crosses the speed limit previously set by you. Topple Alert – Sends an App Notification and SMS to your registered Mobile number and emergency contact number in case the vehicle topples. Tow Away Alert - Sends an App Notification and SMS to your registered mobile number if any unauthorized vehicle activity is detected. Unplug alerts – Sends an App Notification and an SMS to your registered Mobile number if the device has been unplugged and if there's a need for you to intervene. Security All the data is transmitted from the device to the Hero Connect app in an encrypted format over a secure and private network.
