Which s3rial number to be used I've tried both chassis no. And engine/ motor number pasted at the fender. But couldn't activate the app an start/ set up.
Could you guys resolve the  same at the earliest

I have downloaded app and after trying to activate  app app is asking enter serial no 
I cant understand what is serial no in hero bike its come with chassis no and engine no there is no serial  no mention anywhere 
Cud i get guid line to to activate this app
