First of all this hero fincorp is nightmare for me since i ever took my life’s first loan and duration is 5 years and i was expecting some good which you will not get here. Now moving to app so this app looks alike 1900 ch app, and sometime by any chance you open this app then this app starts working slow and then second thing on emi date this app automatically shows your next emi date without paying this month’s emi. There is one button raise a query and thats not works half a day. There is one option pay advance emi and that is only for show piece.
Stay away from this company and dont take loan from them so you dont need to use this app.

I have already paid the advance EMI through the app and received confirmation via message. However, they still initiated the EMI payment, resulting in a cheque bounce. Despite customer service assuring me that no further initiation would occur, it appears they are requesting advance EMI payments and then initiating another EMI, causing cheque bounces in order to charge extra money each month. This has happened for two consecutive months, and I have now stopped making any further advance payments.

These people don’t know how to make login and checking of accounts easy for customers. I am login in with the registered mobile number and it says the number is not registered, if we try any other way, the loan a/c number or the application number is not accepted. The payments have been made but I still get messages about late payment, when I try to login to fix the issue, this is also not possible, never use this useless company.

EurofinCrop has the worst customer support experience I’ve ever dealt with. For the past week, I’ve been trying to get help and it has been absolutely frustrating.

First of all, there are no language-friendly support agents, which already makes communication difficult. When I ask to transfer the call to a manager, they simply put me on hold and then disconnect the call. This has happened multiple times over the last week, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or actually resolve the issue.

On top of that, their support email doesn’t seem to work either — no responses, no assistance, nothing.

This is a terrible way to treat customers. If a company cannot provide basic support or communicate properly with its clients, it shouldn’t be offering services in the first place.

I strongly recommend people avoid using EurofinCrop. Until they fix their customer support and start treating customers with respect, this service is simply not worth the frustration.

### 1/5 — Auto-Debit Mandate Activated Even After Loan Rejection

I applied for a personal loan on Hero FinCorp app. The loan was rejected during physical verification, and I did not receive any money. But they still activated an auto-debit mandate in my Paytm UPI. I am unable to cancel it because the merchant (Hero FinCorp) is not allowing cancellation from their side. This is very stressful because money can get deducted even though there is no active loan. Such system needs to be improved urgently as it causes mental harassment and risk of unauthorized deduction.

I applied for a loan through the Hero FinCorp App and the loan was successfully disbursed. However, I’ve been receiving repeated and unnecessary calls even before the EMI due date, asking me to maintain balance. Even after the EMI is auto-debited, I still get calls asking whether the EMI was paid or not. This kind of repeated calling is very disturbing and feels like harassment. I request the team to respect customer peace and check payment status properly before calling.

I am trying to login. I am entering valid registered mobile number or valid Loan application ID. After entering the details if I click on send OTP, I am getting an modal with this text ‘Dear customer, For loan related queries you may go to the service section of our partner mobile app’ . What does this mean? Which partner app I have to install. Also no help section before login. Kindly have a look into this. Early when I was using prefr app, it was user friendly. Now I am not able to use that in iPhone
