Mais il faut être bon. Avant toute chose. Tout se passait bien jusqu'à que j'expérimente le service client. Nous en sommes à plus de 72 heures sans réaction pour un simple changement de numéro de téléphone. En attendant je n'ai pas accès à mon compte, si ça peut servir à certains. Heureusement que je n’ai pas ma trésorerie sur ce compte. Quoi qu’il en soit, c’est inacceptable. J'ai pourtant montré pattes blanche et répondu à leur sollicitation. Une banque avec un service client aussi réactif qu’un paresseux, ce n’est pas possible.
