App shows Thanos coming out of the wormhole upside down and then tells you to use visual targeting to get drones. No drones ever appear. Have reinstalled app 3 times. Sure am glad Santa brought this for my son. He’s so disappointed.

Just bought this product, went to download and set up the app, but the app keeps telling me I need a camera to work and won’t let me move forward with setting it up. I have an iPhone 8 standard size obviously with a camera. So frustrated.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback Parkassie. Hero Vision is an Augmented Reality expereince and requires access to your devices camera to properly run the expereince. When you see the camera needed pop-up, please do the following: Go to your device's Settings. Scroll down to where the apps are listed.  Select Hero Vision. Under the “Allow Hero Vision to access” section, toggle Camera ON. Restart the app and try again. If you continue to have trouble giving the App access to your camera, please ask an adult to contact customer support at: http://corporate.hasbro.com/en-us/consumer-care and we can help you to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience and support.

Not sure what the complaints are about maybe they have been addressed by May 2019. My 8 year old son is playing this in my old iPhone 6 plus without any issues. I actually tried it myself and it’s very responsive. The scan of the stone in the gauntlet took a few more seconds than I thought since QR readers are usually instant. As far as protecting the space stations, deflecting shots and shooting enemies, the app works great!!!
