The video for Brock’s core workout sound goes in and out. The constant freezing of the videos is frustrating ### 3/5 — Videos are meh *2026-02-11* I got the board under the assumption that the workouts would be amazing, given that ads were so good. But the ads were edited so much better than the videos on the app. The video lags so much that it would pause the video but the audio would continue. There were not enough video exercises variety that focuses on the board.
