Customer service is absolutely pathetic. The game developers don’t have a clue in the world what they’re doing. The prices are outrageous. The game itself has a ton of potential but needs to be taken over by a competent competitor because Ucool are completely incompetent

Get almost no chance whatsoever to upgrade anyone, other players freely sit on the same group and end up with multiple 2 stars and I can't even get the same random rolls back to back, I have one once out of seven tries because of absolutely horrific RNG regarding the randomize picks and even lose HP from the challenge rounds because of horrible picks I was forced to use.

The game has great potential, but some bugs aren’t fixed MONTHS after I tell them about it. Some heroes are very broken and overpowered while others are very weak and may not perform correctly. What’s annoying is that you are pressured to use certain heroes, and not the ones you like or think look cool. Some heroes just have things others don’t like a skin, artifact, legendary skill, or even an awakening. This creates a SUPER unfair advantage. The game has potential, and it would be great, they just have to fix it first, which they probably won’t.

Oyunda seviyem 89. Cidden çok eskiden beri oynuyorum. 
Ama sildim. Uğraşamam.

Used the charge collection to unlock limited mythical or legendary heroes at least 50 times and didn’t get a mythical, colorful or even an original jewel not ONCE… and whenever it did land on a mythical or colorful jewel, it skips to the next common item all the time but it wouldn’t skip if I landed on a common item… THE CHARGE COLLECTION IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I wouldn’t spend a penny on it. 
Wish it was like the former soul hunters where we could just purchase limited/harder to acquire heroes for $10… complete scam and skips the landing of jewels intentionally.

Fun game a little grindy, but don’t spend money on game ever. Game often glitches on purchases, and support is awful. If support actually responds they will make lots of request for additional information, but will always deny any sort of rebate or consolation. If you play spend only with great caution.

It’s the same game over the years. Nothing fun, just redundant gameplay. Now it’s a delay/lag in the submissions when you battles others, which has cost me several battles and losses. Furthermore, I’ve never seen a game lack such diversity in characters. Only white character & monsters, and even if they have a “culturally diverse character”, there is a skin that turns them White. Bravo, it’s just a money grab at this point with the developers.

2年半プレイしました。
今から始めても、アイテムの貯蓄次第では
戦える戦力を保持できます。
最近は無課金でも強力なヒーローや
スキンを得る事ができ、己をヒーローに投影し
日々、強くなる事にやりがいを感じるのなら
刺さると思います。
10年の歴史あるゲームですから、
トップ100を目指すには微課金、月5000円
程では無理で、重課金が必須になります。

無課金で異常に強い、チートが疑われる方が
ちらほらいますので、そこに反応しなければ
楽しくプレイできます。
チートはネットゲームなら、どこでもありますから、割り切りが必要かと。

星4にしたのは、運営の対応が非常に悪い
です。自分達がしたミスに対する補償は
手厚いですが、こちらが指摘した事に対する
対応は期待できません。

プレイを始める方へ。
チャージコレクションカードという
アイテムがあります。
これは、長くプレイをするつもりならば、
100枚貯蓄し、ミシックヒーロー、つまり、
最強クラスのヒーローを獲得する。
これは、必須要素です。
オススメはゼウス、ウォーゴッド、
面白いところで、ハデスです。
海の女神は雑魚、光の神は、レジェンドの
光の神で代用可能です。

世界中でプレーヤーがいるので、新しいサーバーがどんどん追加されます。
サーバー内でトップを目指すならば、
楽しめるゲームです。
今からトップを目指すのは、まず無理です。
私の知り合いで半年ほど、ものすごい勢いで課金をし、トップを取り続けた方がいましたが、
トップクラスが在中する地域6に参加する
前にゲームを辞めていました。
1000万程課金すれば、それなりのところに
いけるかと思いますが、課金すればするほど
違和感を感じるかと思います。

三年プレイをし、かつ重課金すれば、
トップ100に入れるかと思います。
ただ、無課金の輩が地域6のトップ100に
入るところを目の当たりにすると
愕然としますが笑

日本人はその話題が嫌いなようで、
無視されるか、嫌われます。
ロシア人や、ドイツ人は理解してくれ
ますから、チートの話題をしたいなら、
日本人で構成されていないギルドが
私の体感からするとオススメです。
また、日本語チャットも期待できません。

どうも日本人は不正に関する話題が
嫌いなようで、ゲームの話題一色なので、
ほとんどの日本人プレーヤーはチャットを
行いません。日常会話は皆無であり、
どこもそうなのかな？
社長や美女達の二重奏や
ハリポタ魔法の覚醒は砕けた感じの
チャットで楽しめましたが、ヒロチャの
チャットは個人的にはつまらなかったです。

私は小さい頃からのゲーマーで
様々なゲームをしてきました。
ヒロチャは、私の中では3番目に
長く続けたゲームでした。
一番はウイイレ、二番はサカつく、野球つく

とても面白いゲームであり、
個人的には実生活にも影響を与えてくれる
素晴らしいゲームでした。
継続性や、貯蓄する事の大切さ、
判断力や、我慢する重要性、
どれも当たり前の事ではありますが、
より、リアルな世界で、自身の力を
上げる事の楽しさを教えていただきました。

不正したら、身につきませんよ🤭

では、ありがとう。ヒロチャ。
ただ、ucoolのゲームは一生やらねーけどな。
