## What is HeroNest?

Running a home is real work — the cooking and the cleaning, but also the planning, the remembering, the school runs, and the emotional support that nobody sees. HeroNest makes that work visible, valued, and easier to share.
Log it in seconds. Tap a category, set a time, done. Or just tell HeroNest what you did in your own words — "packed lunches, drove the kids to football, cleaned the kitchen" — and watch it sort everything for you.
Mental load counts here. Planning, remembering, family admin, and emotional support are first-class categories, not afterthoughts. The invisible work finally shows up.
Your week, clearly. A calm weekly summary shows where the time went — hours, categories, and how this week compares to last. Evidence, not arguments.
Appreciation built in. Send thanks with one tap. Small recognitions, big difference. Less scorekeeping, more "I see what you did."
