## What is HeroPal?

HeroPal is your virtual parenting assistant. Every day it prepares a personalised programme for your 2–7 year old, built around their age, their interests and the time you have.

WHAT YOU GET EVERY DAY
• The day's schedule, from morning to night: the hero routine, gym, meals, activities and the evening
• Learning and play activities, explained step by step, with a timer
• A bedtime story written especially for your child
• The right bedtime and the evening routine

WEEKLY MENU
• Meals for the whole family, free of your child's allergens
• Step-by-step recipes and the child's portion
• The shopping list writes itself

YOUR CHILD'S HERO
• Picture routines: waking up, teeth, getting dressed, bedtime
• The hero levels up with every successful day

FOR YOU
• 2–3 minute lessons on emotions, sleep, tantrums and language, with a quiz
• Evening check-in: 3 taps and tomorrow's plan adapts
• Places to go out near you (parks, playgrounds, indoor play centres, libraries), chosen by the weather
• Your child's book: their photos and words, gathered into a printable PDF

Available in English, Spanish, German, French and Romanian. Photos stay on your phone. HeroPal does not replace your doctor, psychologist or speech therapist.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.6 — 2026-10-21

• The bedtime story can now be read aloud by a character your child picks: Captain Softbeard, the Sleepy Dragon, Grandma, Princess Ilinca or Rocket the Robot
• The story is built from what your child did today, this week or at the weekend
• 100 games in two rounds, with logic and easy maths games for ages 5–7
• 110 parent lessons, with age filters
• “Start over” button in Settings
• Fixes and translations

### 1.1.5 — 2026-10-19

• HeroPal has a fresh look: new icon and colours
• A clearer Today screen: real photos for activities, meals and snacks, with short step-by-step guidance
• Morning and bedtime routines start right away, with an hourglass showing the time left
• A new welcome tour on first launch
• Translation fixes and small improvements

### 1.1.4 — 2026-10-13

HeroPal is now fully translated into English, Spanish, German and French, and the language switches instantly, no restart needed.
The weekly menu no longer fails after you set your food preferences.
Your account now shows your real subscription status.
Weather uses your local time, and temperatures show in °F in the US.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-10-10

Sign in with Apple: create your account or log in with one tap.
Forgot your password? Get a 6-digit code by email and set a new one right in the app.
Plus smaller fixes for recipes and Screen Swap.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-09

New: a fresh app tour showing the weekly menu, recipes, Screen Swap, the bedtime story and Fulger the hero. Pick your language right on the first screen. Permission prompts now follow your phone's language.
