Good game, but doesn't save progress.

I played it a while ago and decided to play it again today, but I lost all my progress, I was already at an advanced level. A shame, they've lost a customer.

Sometimes, my heros cannot deal damage to the boss.
Moreover, I used to play this game before, when my heros got lv120, I couldnot receive any more gold. 
If these bugs cannot be fixed, this game will be rubbish

Hi. For the game it’s cool and enjoyable. I enjoy playing the game every day. But i have some problems like 2 days ago when i purchase 10 caractere at same time with gem I got just 1 and the week event doesn’t count 10. So can you please fix the prb if possible

Depois de meses, finalmente consegui chegar na última fase e vencer o chefe final, só que o jogo ficou travado, reiniciei o jogo e agora ele não abre mais, para quando está em 97%, como conserta isso?

Дошёл до определенного этапа и не могу его пройти , а кроме как автоохоты зарабатывать для улучшения негде , сделайте чтоб было возможно фармить уже пройденные уровни

Игра то прикольная, и мне все нравится, но есть несколько СУЩЕСТВЕННЫХ ошибок. Постоянная проблема с ЕЖЕНЕДЕЛЬНЫМИ квестами, а именно то, что они, почему-то, сбрасывают прогресс каждый день, из-за чего невозможно закрыть их на 100 очков. Также, почему-то, не засчитывается еженедельный квест на убийство босса. Сбор наград за автоохоту тоже не доходит до конца: засчитало раза 4, а дальше шкала «встаёт». Это все надо категорически исправлять, потому что это все мешает получать награды и опыт боевого пропуска.

I’m having a lot of troubles with the game.
The automatic chest rewards are bugged and I cannot claim it.
Also de timers on the keys are bugged so I cannot enter those dungeons anymore.

I had some of this bugs in the past and we I delete and download the app all my data was deleted.

Please help me to fix this, I really want to play.

所有關卡通關後連遊戲都進不了

Played this for 3 months, mapping out strategies and teams, grinding gold and food and progressed to world 27 stage 8 or so and after that point, no more gold in the rewards for beating a stage and no more idle gold generation, which made my stored up 2h and 6h gold items worthless. Fast forward to world 29 stage 10, and there is not more food in rewards and no more idle food generation, once again making my stored items worthless. Only way to get gold and food would be the towers, unless you beat the game and it freezes and then will no longer load for you…

Update - idle food and gold don’t zero out with the new update, and yes I spent another 3 months building up to beat the final boss again only for it to still freeze and if you force quit game won’t load past 87% 😮‍💨
