No one responded to customer service inquiries. Requested refund from bank due to customer service failure. ### 2/5 — Password Reset Issue *2025-09-22* I am unable to reset my password to get into the app and the button to contact support does not work. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing this. I’ve only completed one course, but I like that’s it’s readily available to do when I have time and it gives me the opportunity to reflect on what she’s talking about and how it applies to my life. The course has given me things to think about such as what I want out of a partner and what kind of relationship I want. It challenges me to really think about my future and how I can invest in myself. To look critically at past and current relationships.
