I did and I still can’t use any of the record keeping tools. ### 1/5 — No results found *2020-12-21* On just about anything you click on it shows you a sad face and says “no results found”. Want to add a feeding reminder? No results found. Want to add a picture? Hey guess what, no results found. In order to set up a basic profile they require your phone number and address but don’t give an explanation to why they need either one just to use a basic app to search reptiles and to add your collection. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for using our app and taking your time to give feedback. We strive to make an excellent product that our users can enjoy. We take information to make sure that the data for each user is unique and we verify them to prevent bad actors from doing bad stuff. With regards to adding the reminders, please make sure you are in the specific reptile to add them. The dashboard page (first page after login) which I assume you are talking about are used if you have an expiring or expired reminder that needs your attention. Thanks, HerpVille Team ### 2/5 — Not thrilled all my record are lost *2022-03-12* So I set this app up about 4-6 weeks ago I’d been recording weekly measurements for my Turtle. Including his feeding habits. Today is weigh day and it wouldn’t let me log in the Facebook which is how I’d been logging in. So I logged in with Apple ID. Because it also wouldn’t recognise my email address or password, and all my records are lost. It’s like I’m a new user again. Not happy at all. App wasn’t bad, but seeing records was hard. Would have been great to plot growth on graph, or set up a feeding regime that can. Easily be marked off etc. Has potential but is useless if it discards Info when it feels like it. **Developer response:** Please contact support@herpville.com and let us know your user id. ### 5/5 — Great app for keeping, breeding and selling. *2021-12-18, version 2.12.0* Hands down the best reptile app on the market. Keep track of your collection, pairing, feeding, incubation even has a classified section. Keep track of records with a QR code and more.
