PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no email, no phone number required • All health records stay on your device — there is no cloud health server • No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs • Personal notes are encrypted; App Lock hides the app behind Face ID • Your cycle data is never used for advertising • Export everything (PDF/CSV) or delete it all, any time MADE FOR FAMILIES HerRhythm is managed by you, an adult. You can add a gentle profile for your daughter (age 10+) — she never needs a phone, email, password or account, and her profile never shows advertisements. Record her first period when it comes, and the app shifts from soft preparation guidance to simple early-cycle tracking, always in reassuring language written for you as her parent. Tap any day to log it. - Your estimated cycle phase, shown above the cycle ring. Estimates are always labeled as estimates. - Cycle history in Insights: each recorded cycle with its length and period days. - The cycle chart now shades your own usual range — based only on your cycles, never a population norm, and never a diagnosis. - A "Nothing today" check-in, because a good day is worth recording too. - Article suggestions now follow your cycle phase. Everything remains free except the HerRhythm Plus extras, your data still never leaves your device, and profiles without fertility content enabled never see ovulation language. ### 1.2 — 2026-08-11 HerRhythm Plus now includes a doctor-visit report: a printable one-page summary of your cycles, symptoms, pain and flow to take to an appointment. It describes what you logged and never interprets it — reading those numbers is your clinician's job. We have also corrected the Plus feature list. The previous version advertised trends, correlations, custom reminder schedules and themes that were not yet built. Those claims have been removed and will return only when the features actually ship. If you subscribed expecting them, please contact us. Your raw data export stays free for everyone, as always. Cycle tracking, logging, predictions, the article library, privacy settings and data deletion are not behind the subscription. ### 1.1 — 2026-08-07 HerRhythm Plus is here - an optional monthly subscription for people who want more than the free app. Plus adds an ad-free experience, up to five family profiles, advanced trends and symptom correlations, custom reminder schedules, PDF and CSV export for doctor visits, and extra themes. Everything from version 1.0 stays free. Cycle tracking, logging, predictions, the education library, privacy settings and data deletion are not behind the subscription.
