Basic functions are good.
I’ve only used the app once for booking, and it worked well for an uncomplicated journey. Otherwise I tend to use the website (to provide additional information) but annoyingly I can’t access my website booking details on the app. It would be really good if the app had a facility to retrieve bookings from the confirmation number so that the app can be used to track the car for pickup.

Easy to use. Love the push notifications
Really disliked waking up at 04:45, but that’s not your fault! What I did love was the push notification to tell me driver was en route. Very reassuring and an app to match the great service received by Herts Exec.
