The app simply doesn’t work. I paid for my reservation, uploaded all the required documents, and my account still wasn’t validated before collection. Customer support was extremely disappointing. Every agent just kept telling me to “wait” without actually solving anything. One agent told me to complete the DCL form, but the link they provided only showed “Unexpected error. Please try again.” How am I supposed to complete a form that doesn’t even open? There is no phone number to speak to a real person, so you’re left relying on live chat where nobody seems able to resolve technical issues. This has been a very stressful experience, especially when your car collection date is approaching and your documents are still pending because of problems on their side. I cannot recommend this service. ### 1/5 — THE WORST EVER *2026-06-22* Do Not do the same mistake… the worst rental I ever had ### 1/5 — Application complètement trompeuse!!! *2026-04-07* Hertz nous met à disposition Une application qui est complètement à notre désavantage. Pourquoi ? Il n’y a aucun baromètre de consommation kilométrique à la semaine ! On nous montre une consommation Kilométrique globale sur la période complète de notre location. Donc nous consommons notre forfait global kilométrique en me prêtant pas attention. De la période de calcul de cette charmante entreprise qui trompe ses usager. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je contacte le service support par le chat ou par e-mail avec toujours les mêmes questions! Et on me répond toujours à côté de la plaque, sans aucune clarté pour pouvoir nous voler sur les frais kilométriques qui peuvent s’élever à des sommes de plus de 1000 €!! c’est bon faut pas abuser! Pour moi vous n’êtes qu’une bande de voleurs application est faite pour tromper les gens, je vous le redis. Donc faites bien attention les chauffeurs VTC. Et j’aimerais toujours avoir une explication claire car je n’ai eu aucune réponse jusqu’à maintenant. ### 1/5 — Worst pco rental ever *2025-12-06* The app is a shambles. Been unable to access the vehicle 3 times in 2 weeks. Funnily enough it all happened after 6pm and there customer support close at 6pm. This is the biggest scam going. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2025-11-21* Don’t get a car from them. You have to use this app to start the car and it is always glitchy. Lots of problems and you can only chat to customer service. No one to call and all agents don’t care on helping you, although they know this is your livelihood. Not recommended at all. ### 1/5 — App not working to unlock the car *2025-11-21* The app is a nightmare, how on earth you rely on an app to unlock the car, the app is down at the moment and logged me out. It’s 4:14 in the freezing cold and I can’t get into the car… it seems they have a major problem with the app and obviously customer service is not available until 7am. Worst experience ever ### 2/5 — On ne peut pas s’y fier *2025-11-07* Beaucoup de bugs, application très lente, seul le chat peut résoudre les problèmes, quand ils sont disponible évidemment… Donc attention si vous travaillez de nuit et que vous avez un soucis avec l’app… ### 5/5 — Top *2025-10-14* Très bien ### 1/5 — Virtual Key issues *2025-10-03* The virtual Key is the number 1 major issue on this app for All Drivers. God forbid you are in an area that has bad mobile signal. Hertz push to innovation is a mistake what person actually though of not having a car Key for a car. Terrible mistake and counter productive. ### 1/5 — A worth customer service *2025-09-29* I booked a car and car was not charged. Then a car was not added to Uber platform. I wrote to Uber, Hertz customer service and send few emails and nothing was done. Eventually they add car but it didn’t have uber green. A customer service sort absolutely nothing.
