This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Hertz. As a Five Star member, I have consistently chosen Hertz and spent a significant amount of money with the company. I worked my way to Five Star status because of my loyalty as a customer, so the way I was treated during this experience was extremely disappointing.

I have never received this level of poor service from Hertz before. I did not feel valued, respected, or treated like a loyal customer. While I understand that problems can occur, the way a situation is handled makes all the difference, and the service I received fell far below what I have come to expect from Hertz.

I am extremely disappointed, especially considering my history and loyalty to the company. Five Star status should mean something, and at the very least, I expected to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine effort to resolve my concerns.

I would like Hertz to review what happened and address this matter appropriately. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in continuing to choose Hertz for my rental needs.

When I checked in for the first time it asked me to take photos of my ID and myself. Camera process of taking pictures needs a major work. Things are just not working as they are supposed too. The selfie camera is flipped, when going to a camera mode it switches to a live view and then adds borders for ID or Selfie while picture has been taken already.

I typically pick up my car during extreme travel holidays. They occasionally get it wrong but have always made it up to me if the problem is on their end.  Not perfect. Hit and miss on counter service.  Still better than anyone else. They are reputable and will make the customer whole, with a little effort.  I’m a demanding customer but there’s always someone who steps up and is a complete champ. For this reason, I don’t even shop around.

After 100mi I had to refill oil. It was challenging to find out the right version of the necessary oil to buy at the gas station. Normally I would expect rental cars to be mantained accordingly so that customers don’t have to deal with such things.

Great location. Excellent service. Forgot the names of the staff members but, the Latino gentleman always present during pickup and drop off has been continually calm and professional. 
I left my remote control in the last regal and they had it saved for me. That was excellent. 
And the young man who presented the Nissan Rogue was also amazing. I will get their names at the next pickup. If you want to write back to ask for their names

I’ve rented from other car companies and had massive frustration with various issues but never with Hertz. Getting the car is quick and easy and never disappointed with the vehicle.

Need more prefills
IE my name, address credit card info should auto populate, then, be optioned to change as needed. As well as my saved coverage, refill option etc.
