Hestan Cue automatically controls the vital variables: time and temperature.  As you proceed through the recipe, Cue dials in the optimum cooking temperature for each step.  From porterhouse to duck breast, just tell Cue how well done you like any particular cut, and it automatically adjusts to your preference - so you can always count on that just-right sear and doneness.

Application forces you to create an account and sign in but neither of those processes work lol. App is unusable.

First of all they require you to create a login just to use the expensive cookware that you bought.  Except their entire signup process is broken so you cant and your cookware is just a really expensive pot with no smart features

We received this pan free with the purchase of a GE Induction cooktop oven. After a long delay, we received the pan. Evidently you need this app to use the pan. It states in the pan instructions not to use this pan in a non Cue enabled oven. Ok, odd, but the app doesn’t work. I have not been able to log in. My wife got to a start screen but that was it. App locked up. Garbage.
