The horde never stops coming. Outlive it. Fifteen minutes, one hunter, and a crypt that keeps sending more. Your weapons attack automatically, leaving you to move, time your escape, and choose your next upgrade. BUILD YOUR RUN Each level-up offers three cards, or four for Lyra: a new weapon, an upgrade, a passive, or an evolution. Reroll what you do not want. Banish an option for the rest of the run. Survive to 15:00 to win; earned essence builds permanent power between hunts. 18 WEAPONS, 18 EVOLUTIONS Chain Lightning becomes Storm Conduit. Garlic Ring becomes Soul Eater. Bone Spear becomes Death Lance. Ten weapons need only their level requirement; eight also need a paired passive, with the Ash Crucible relic offering another route for Flame Pillar. Evolution becomes draft-ready at weapon level 6, or level 5 for Nyx. The Evolution Codex separates level-only recipes from paired recipes and tracks your discoveries. 9 HUNTERS Start free with Vess, the balanced Huntress, and Kael, the fragile Pyromancer. Earn seven more through challenges. Maugrim brings heavy armour and a cleaving axe. Thorne opens with Nova Pulse. Lyra moves fast and draws an extra card. Nyx reaches evolutions early. Ravenna rides her broom with shorter cooldowns. Ashborne grows stronger during a kill streak. Silas trades health and speed for +30% damage: win on The Ashlands to unlock him. MOVE YOUR WAY Drag the arena to steer. Tap Hex Step for a short, protected dash. Open Control Layout from Pause or Settings to choose the left side, right side, or your own dragged position. Save Layout commits your choice; Cancel keeps the previous one. The hunt stays paused while you edit. SEAL THE RITUAL Warding Rituals are optional encounters during the hunt. Charge three rune seals before time runs out to damage and push back nearby foes, recover a little health, and gain +25% damage for 12 seconds. 3 STAGES, 3 BOSSES The Ossuary, Frostvault and Ashlands each have their own horde and boss. Survive 60 seconds to open the Frostvault and 180 seconds to open the Ashlands. Deeper stages bring tougher enemies and greater essence rewards. BETWEEN HUNTS Spend earned essence on 12 permanent relics. Track achievements and, if you choose to sign in, compete on Game Center's survival-time and kill leaderboards. Core progress stays on your device; purchases and supported achievements have separate Apple restore paths. THE ILLUSTRATED HUNT Gothic woodcut heroes, horrors, cards and scenery share one art direction. Clearer footwork, weapon cues and enemy motion preserve the original artwork. Home, draft cards and the Codex have been refined for easier reading. PLAY ON YOUR TERMS Portrait play on iPhone, iOS 17 or later. Easy, Normal and Hard apply when a hunt starts. Auto-aim and screen shake can be switched off. Gameplay works offline. No app account, advertisements, subscriptions or energy timers. Every hunter, stage and relic can be earned by playing. Two optional one-time purchases offer shortcuts: Unlock All grants all 9 heroes, all 3 stages and all 12 relics at maximum level; the Starter Pack grants Maugrim plus 500 essence and is offered while he is still locked. Existing Unlock All purchases carry over to this update. Choose left, right, or a custom position in Control Layout, available from Pause and Settings. Save your layout or cancel without changing it; the hunt stays paused while you edit. MOVEMENT WITH CHARACTER Clearer footwork and steadier silhouettes preserve the original illustrated hunters. Maugrim has a deliberate axe wind-up and follow-through. Different weapons show their own attack cues and recharge progress, including when several abilities activate together. MORE TO EXPLORE Complete optional three-seal Warding Rituals for a banishing pulse, a little healing, and a temporary damage boost. The nine-hunter roster includes Silas, unlocked by winning on The Ashlands. EASIER TO READ Refreshed Home, hunter selection and upgrade cards, with clearer evolution requirements in the Codex. Improved enemy pursuit, spacing, ground contact and boss warnings make the battlefield easier to follow. MORE RELIABLE PROGRESS Improved reward saving, unlocks and purchase recovery. Failed reward saves can be retried before leaving the result screen. Starter Pack and Unlock All remain optional one-time purchases, and all heroes, stages and relics remain earnable through play.
