I needed some hints to continue on so I purchased 80 hints for $9.99. My purchase didn’t post to my game. I am still showing zero balance instead of 80. I don’t know what happened but I would like to get my hints back. I can’t afford to purchase items items for a game and not get them. I don’t think anyone can to be honest. I won’t play this game anymore until I can see my hints have posted to the game. Hope I don’t have to wait long bcuz I really like to play this game. I would have reviewed this game more favorably if my hints hasn’t been taken away. 2nd request It’s September 4th and still don’t have a reply to my first review. I can’t afford to buy hints and not get them. If u can’t give me my 80 hints then give me my $9.99 back. U want a good review, then respond and help me out. I have read too many reviews where customers pay for something and don’t get it. It seems someone is not on the ball. 3rd request Is anyone working. I still don’t have a reply to my review. 4th request I am really sorry that I ever started this game. I really enjoy playing it but because you don’t value your customers very much I have decided to delete the game. You make much more then I do so it shouldn’t hurt your bank account to pay me my $9.99 back. If I am ever asked if I recommend this game I will tell them to keep their money and run as fast as you can away. I hope you are happy that you ripped me off. I doubt this review gets posted for everyone to see because you only want favorable reviews. 5th request Too bad you couldn’t take the time to satisfy a customer’s issue. It would have been nice for the public to see how you fixed my concern. I think my review is not seen by the public because it’s negative and you don’t want the public to see it. Also an issue with a new line overlapping an already placed line and the old line disappearing. Other versions of this game won't allow an overlap, you have to remove the old line yourself. And I made the mistake of deciding to pay for some clues -- as opposed to liking them on Facebook for some clues, something the game constantly nagged me to do. So what happens? The game freezes up! Then I try to update the game, but it seems to have left the Apple Store. Where I discover that they have no proper web site and their "support" is nothing more than a Facebook page. Seriously, these people are obviously selling a lot of games.
