## What is HexShift?

HexShift is a hex grid puzzle game that rewards smart thinking and fast instincts. Rotate tiles, build chains, and shatter clusters before the board collapses around you.
Easy to learn. Impossible to master.
Three ways to play:
— Classic: Build chains, manage bombs, and survive the pressure as the board gets harder the longer you last
— Timed: Score attack against the clock — every cluster you shatter buys you more time
— Hardcore: One miss ends your run. The board shrinks every 10 moves. No mercy.

- Improved scoring so larger colour clusters reward more points, and defusing multiple bombs at once gives bonus points.
- Added a Rules section so players can review how the game works and learn what special tiles do at any time.
- Improved board scaling across iPhone and iPad screen sizes so the game fits better on different devices.
- Updated menu and popup presentation with smoother transitions and more polished motion.
- Restarting a run from the pause menu now triggers the restart ad flow for non-ad-free players.

Fixed an issue where Ad Free players could lose their ability to continue a run.
Continued runs now still count toward your local best score, but no longer qualify for Game Center leaderboards.
Classic and Timed mode rotations now always turn clockwise for more consistent strategy and planning.
Updated mode popups to clearly explain rotation behavior:
Classic and Timed now state that rotations are clockwise.
Hardcore now states that 3-hex turns are random.
Removed an outdated fullscreen setting for better compatibility with the latest iPadOS.
