### 2/5 — Yikes this is borderline unplayable.

*2022-06-04, version 1.0.5*

I don’t know if it’s my phone or what but the delay is horrible.

### 2/5 — Control , graphics and fps update needed

*2022-05-14, version 1.0.5*

We definitely need a control update More way toCustomize and especially at the swipe feature for this game the graphic should be improved and there should be more at Fps added for this game

### 3/5 — Wonderful Game, Wrong Platform

*2022-04-21, version 1.0.5*

Unfortunately I’m too cheap to buy the game elsewhere when it’s free via Netflix. This is an excellent rhythm game, but it’s bogged down by imprecise controls. The arrow buttons are situated at the left and rightmost edges of the screen and thus can be easy to miss. It’d be best if you could choose where to put those buttons on the screen for yourself, or if they were screen regions instead, but there are no control options like that. I probably miss inputs around 20% of the time which may not sound like a lot but it feels like all the time. Any missed input will usually lead to death, especially in later levels. Thankfully the game is actually quite forgiving with no game overs (at least from what I’ve encountered), and you don’t need to collect every single thing to progress. I definitely would NOT recommend this version to those that can’t enjoy something if they’re not striving for 100% completion, because you’d have to be insane to try and get it here. All that said, I’m still playing it through and really enjoying it because I love the Bit Trip games, and this is another great entry from that developer, with a really cool new approach to rhythm platforming, an awesome rendition of the League world especially coming from the Netflix show, and an amazing soundtrack. Just probably don’t play it here.

### 2/5 — Good game but poor controls

*2022-04-14, version 1.0.5*

I have this game on both pc and mobile and both play poorly. The controls feel wrong and are hard to get right. I like the game it’s just hard to enjoy.

### 2/5 — Wayyyy to hard

*2022-02-19, version 1.0.4*

I was excited to see a new game from the same devs as Bit Trip Runner. Their games are always challenging but this is way to hard even by their standards. Hit boxes are so small that even with near perfect timing, you’re going to miss them. Unless there’s an update to help with this, I’m afraid I’m going to have to delete it.

### 2/5 — The game is unplayable

*2022-02-15, version 1.0.4*

Either beats are hard to keep up with or I’m missing my buttons. Also play make the up and bomb button bigger and closer. Concept is cool but the game is hard to play and advance levels.

### 2/5 — Sorry. Don’t like the game

*2022-02-07*

Not fun

### 3/5 — Control

*2022-02-06, version 1.0.4*

Needs controller support

### 3/5 — Lag on iPhone 12 Pro

*2022-02-05, version 1.0.4*

Lower all the settings down including resolution to get a playable setting. Probably should have that out of the box — there aren’t that many iPhone types.

### 3/5 — Really fun just bad controls

*2022-02-05, version 1.0.4*

It’s really fun I see potential but it’s where the buttons are placed

### 3/5 — Sound issues and timing issues

*2022-02-04, version 1.0.4*

So, first of all, concept looks good, but, more often than not, I open the app, and get no sound whatsoever, and that’s pretty bad, given the whole premise of the game.
On a smaller scale, in game the events seem to happen just a bit berore they actually should, so it doesn’t exactly feel all that rhythmical if I have to use the controls a quarter of a note before the main beat hits

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Glitching

*2023-08-07*

Edit: I will be leaving my review as one star until this glitch gets fixed. Level 13-3 glitches towards the middle of the level and you literally cannot move on to the next level.

I actually love this game! So fun that it’s like platform combined with rhythm at the same time. I’m having a problem lately though that I will be playing and the app will glitch the screen but the sound continues to go… really annoying and frustrating because I can’t even play the level because it keeps glitching in the middle. I literally can’t move on till this is fixed…

### 1/5 — Unplayable

*2022-08-25, version 1.0.6*

I strive for 100% clears. I can’t even 100% the first level with full mayhem activated because the timings are off. I even adjusted the controls and even tried mega buttons. It’s not precise which means you can’t hit everything. I’m not willing to proceed past the first lvl if I can’t 100% beat it. This should be easy as I’ve played many rythm games before. Swipe controls would make more sense but I’ll try it on my pc now.

Don’t recommend for phone or ipad. I was on ipad 11 pro

### 1/5 — No audio

*2022-07-27*

How can you have a rhythm game with a prevalent audio bug that’s been reported on for months. Pathetic.

### 1/5 — Barely functional

*2022-03-14*

Has deleted my progress multiple times. The sound doesn't work even after a full reinstall. This game is worth no one's time.

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2022-02-08, version 1.0.4*

Get NGP-6002 error after entering my Netflix credentials. Problem has been happening for 3 weeks now.

### 1/5 — Controls are awful

*2022-02-07, version 1.0.4*

Game would be pretty good if the controls weren’t so far apart. Please allow customizing of the placement of the controls.

### 1/5 — I expected more

*2022-02-06, version 1.0.4*

I expected more from a game that Roit games was working with. The first level was too hard for me. You would have to be a guard to get past the first level. The graphics weren’t as well as they advertised. I just think I really expected more from Netflix and Riot

### 1/5 — Impossible controls on mobile

*2022-02-03, version 1.0.4*

Would really like to see mobile friendly controls implemented as it is currently impossible to complete some levels 100% with the current system in place.

### 1/5 — Does nothing interesting

*2022-02-02, version 1.0.4*

It’s a simplistic rhythm-based endless runner that doesn’t manage to live up to the quality or charm of bit.trip.

### 2/5 — Really bad coordination

*2024-01-12*

Seems like the buttons don’t match the exact time when zigs jump and it really disturbs the whole gameplay, please fix this issue it almost makes it impossible to play

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Why are reviews so bad

*2024-04-20*

Great rhythm game really unique concept I don’t know why the reviews are so bad like this is a hard fun and unique rhythm game

### 5/5 — 😐👍

*2022-03-17, version 1.0.4*

Only problem is the addition with the small arrows just why but still good

### 5/5 — Great game

*2022-02-11, version 1.0.4*

Very fun music rhythm game. Looks incredible on my phone

### 4/5 — Glitching

*2023-08-05*

Love the rhythm game, but can’t proceed sometimes on account of the screen freezing up mid-level for some reason.

### 4/5 — Glitching

*2023-07-24*

I actually love this game! So fun that it’s like platform combined with rhythm at the same time. I’m having a problem lately though that I will be playing and the app will glitch the screen but the sound continues to go… really annoying and frustrating because I can’t even play the level because it keeps glitching in the middle. I literally can’t move on till this is fixed…

### 4/5 — Great game

*2022-07-07*

Tbh, the game’s great, it’s not perfect tho, I’ve encountered crashes and lots of fps issues which are critical when playing a rhythm game.

### 3/5 — Horrible Controls but a great game

*2023-07-08*

This game is so much fun! I love the whole battle but rhythmic thing, however, these controls HAVE to be fixed for the mobile version. They are so far on the outer screen that I’m either breaking my wrists/fingers to get in the right position to click the buttons and even once I get in a good position, I end up missing a TON just because they’re so close to the phone that it doesn’t register. It is so incredibly frustrating that it’s the sole reason I will be deleting this game until it’s fixed.

### 3/5 — Fun but not for Completionists

*2022-09-07, version 1.0.6*

Fun little rhythm game, but timings and button inputs are delayed for a few tracks (This coming from someone who has played a lot of rhythm games on both phone and pc).

Don’t recommend for someone who wants to 100% everything. In order to collect every gear, you gotta replay a level multiple times and get the timing right to keep beat and avoid obstacles. This is very frustrating giving the delays and off beats some levels have.

Doesn’t help that there is a bit too much going on sometimes that you sometimes miss a gear because a particle effect or explosion distracts you.

Again fun but frustrating for those who like 100%-ing levels.

Played this on an IPhone 12.

### 3/5 — Timing is WACK

*2022-06-07, version 1.0.5*

1. You can adjust the placement of the buttons in the settings, but its still not responsive.

2. I expected way more for the graphics as on the PC it looks fine but on my iPhone SE it doesnt look so nice, even with the graphics adjusted.

3. TIMING. is. all over the place.
Ive been playing music games like this for years and Im PRETTY sure Im pressing the right buttons, but the game isnt picking up on that.

Ive let all my friends try it out and theyve agreed that its the buttons that are unresponsive.

Please fix it. I love Ziggs and I've been waiting FOREVER for this game to come out on iPhone only to be met with a gameplay I can't enjoy, or can't play even.

The game is hard, yes, but at least make the buttons respond to the game. Thank you.

### 3/5 — No save sync??

*2022-05-29, version 1.0.5*

This game is fun and surprisingly challenging, but I enjoy it. For everyone who is having trouble with the smaller buttons, there is an option in the accessibility to make specific zones trigger button presses (mega buttons). This said, the lack of save syncing is really annoying. I started on my iPad and wanted to enjoy it on my phone, but apparently that doesn’t work. Can y’all fix this? Maybe enable cross save with pc? I’d definitely buy it twice if that was an option.
