They will not pair to my phone. Can’t get through to customer service. I’ve emailed several times and was offered a phone call to help install but was then told there were no free outgoing phone lines. Such a shame because the presentation and delivery were great, totally ruined by inept customer service. ### 3/5 — Interface a bit clunky but works ok *2022-04-28, version 1.0.5* The interface would be better if you could drag and drop bulbs into positions. Especially if they have magically moved themselves out of order after a phone reboot. Starting again from the beginning, is not time sensitivity practical. Also bigger more sensitive buttons and colour matching for groups would be good. The products are hit and miss also, I’ve tried connecting three GU10 bulbs and cannot get all three connected but there is no consistency with the errors. One bulb will connect ok and the others won’t but when I try again the another one will connect but the one that connected 2 minutes ago won’t!! Frustrating at best ### 2/5 — Could be better *2021-05-26, version 1.0.4* I use this app in conjunction with the internal camera to keep an eye on my dog. I often have issues with connecting to the camera stream when outside the house which kind of defeats the object. The playback function could be better as it’s hard to scroll to a particular time - if I scroll across it just jumps back to the time it was on before.
