The  appmisn’t even loading when I have WiFi it is still loading pls fix the app ‼️‼️

Download this app it’s not working the way that it said it would at least not on my iPad. It has very select few avatars to choose from and none of the language or sound like American people and I’m American. Paid for it annually and I don’t even see where I can even talk to anybody email anyone to even get a refund.
