## What is HeyMorny?

Morny is an alarm that helps protect the time after you wake up.

Build a consistent morning routine with a digital detox, screen-time limits, focus, habit tracking, and an app blocker.

When you stop your alarm, Morny limits your phone for the time you choose. Allow only the apps you need in the morning and create distance from distracting apps such as social media and video.

• Set a wake-up time and days
• Start a detox automatically when you stop the alarm
• Allow only the apps you need in the morning
• Choose 10–60 minutes of detox time
• Snooze for five minutes
• Track successful mornings and streaks
• Use an emergency unlock when you truly need it

Morny is more than an alarm. It protects the first part of your day, when your attention matters most.

Start a better morning.
