## What is Heynote Zeiterfassung?

Time at the customer. One tap. Invoice by evening.

For trades, installation and service: project time with a tap, work notes by voice, everything ready for the office – even offline and on Apple Watch.

Heynote is time tracking for trades, installation and service businesses that nobody needs to explain. Tap Start at the customer, say in one sentence what you did – and by evening the office has everything for the invoice. No timesheets, no phone tag, no forgotten line items.

PROJECT TIME WITH ONE TAP
• Start, switch, stop – Heynote counts to the second
• Switching to the next customer ends the previous time automatically
• Forgot to stop? Heynote notices and suggests the right time

JUST SAY IT: DICTATION
• "Replaced two angle valves, three metres of copper pipe" – done
• AI turns it into activity and material, neatly sorted
• Works with gloves on, on a ladder, in the basement

FROM QUICK NOTES TO INVOICE
• Everything lands in the back office: project time, material, activities, photos
• Invoice text in one click, export to Lexware Office, sevdesk and FastBill
• Billed items stay traceable and locked – nothing is charged twice

PHOTO, SIGNATURE, DONE
• Before, after and type plate photos right on the job
• Work confirmation: the customer signs on the iPhone
• Fewer questions, fewer disputes about hours

YOUR WORKDAY, BY THE BOOK
• Work time, breaks and end of day in "My day"
• Break reminders and a heads-up when your break is over
• Forgot to end your day? Heynote asks the next morning

ARRIVED? HEYNOTE ASKS.
• Arrive at a customer: one tap starts project time – from arrival
• Leaving: stop project time at the right time
• Your location stays on your iPhone. Only if you turn it on.

RIGHT ON YOUR WRIST
• Project time, break and end of day on Apple Watch
• Dictate straight from the watch
• Complication shows running time and work time at a glance

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
• Basement, new build, countryside: everything is captured
• As soon as you're back online, it all syncs automatically

THE OFFICE IS IN THE LOOP
• Messages right in the job and in the "Office" channel
• @mentions, notifications with a reply button
• Instead of calls, paper notes and group chats

FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
• Back office on the computer: who is where, what's open, what's billed
• Simple subscription licences, invite your crew in minutes
• Free trial – no credit card
